Domestic (U.S.): Standard delivery in 2–5 business days after processing.
International Shipping: Available worldwide; delivery timelines vary by region. Customs and duties are the customer’s responsibility.
Pre-Orders: Ship on or after the date noted on the product page. If mixed with ready-to-ship items, all items will ship together once the pre-order is ready.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept exchanges for size or style where stock is available. If the requested item is not available, we will provide an alternative or refund.
- Return Timeline: Eligible returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Exceptions: Custom orders, pre-orders, sale items, and accessories are non-returnable.
- Product Condition: Items must be unworn, unused, and returned with all original packaging and tags intact.

Refunds
- Refund Timeframe: Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the item. Please allow an additional 7–10 business days for funds to reflect in your account, depending on your bank.
- Non-Refundable Items: Shipping fees, duties, and taxes are non-refundable. Sale items and custom pieces are not eligible for refunds.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and details. Once confirmed, we will arrange for an exchange or a full refund, including original shipping charges.
