How long does it take to receive my order?

All Yelé pieces are made with intention and care. Production timelines vary by collection:

• Luxe Hairwear Collection: 3–7 business days to make, plus 3–5 business days for domestic delivery.
• Bespoke Collection: 14–28 business days to make, plus delivery time.

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.

Can I place a custom or made-to-measure order?

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

Because our pieces are made to order, we begin production shortly after your order is placed. Please contact us within 24 hours at info@yelestitches.com if you need to make changes.

Shipping

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide. International delivery typically takes 7–21 business days after production is complete.

How will I know when my order ships?

You will receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your order is on its way.

What is your return policy?

As a made-to-order brand, all sales are final. However, if there is a defect or error on our part, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at info@yelestitches.com and we will make it right.

How do I care for my Yelé garment?

To preserve the quality and vibrancy of your piece, we recommend:

• Hand wash or dry clean only
• Avoid direct sunlight when storing
• Store folded or on a padded hanger
• Iron on low heat with a pressing cloth if needed
