Return & Exchange Policy
At Yelé, every piece is created with intention — and we want you to feel confident in every purchase. Please read our policy carefully before ordering.
Made-to-Order Items
Because the majority of our fashion pieces are made to order specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on these items unless there is a defect or error on our part.
If your item arrives with a manufacturing defect or is significantly different from what was described, please contact us within 3 business days of receiving your order at info@yelestitches.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will work with you to make it right.
Ready-to-Wear & In-Stock Items
For items that are not made to order, we accept exchanges or store credit within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is:
- Unworn and unwashed
- In its original condition with all tags attached
- Free from perfume, deodorant, or any other marks
We do not offer cash refunds on ready-to-wear items — only exchanges or store credit.
Condition of Returned Items
All returned items are inspected upon arrival. Items returned in a condition that does not meet our return requirements — including worn, washed, damaged, or missing tags — will not be eligible for exchange or store credit and will be returned to the customer at their expense.
Refund Processing Timeline
Refunds and exchanges are processed only after the returned item has been received and inspected. Please allow up to 3 business days for inspection once we receive your item. Approved refunds (for defective or incorrect items) will be issued within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. You will be notified by email once your refund has been processed.
Luxe Hairwear
Due to the personal nature of hairwear products, all Luxe Hairwear sales are final. We cannot accept returns or exchanges on these items for hygiene reasons, unless the item arrives defective.
Accessories
Accessories may be exchanged for store credit within 14 days of delivery if unused and in original packaging.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
To begin the process, please email us at info@yelestitches.com with:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you wish to return or exchange
- The reason for your request
- Photos if the item is defective
Our team will respond within 2–3 business days with next steps.
Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or our error. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
