Production Timelines
Before your order ships, it goes through our production process:
- Luxe Hairwear Collection: 3–7 business days
- Bespoke & Fashion Collection: 14–28 business days
These timelines begin after your order is confirmed. Custom and made-to-measure orders may require additional time — we will communicate this with you directly.
Delivery Timelines
Once your order has been produced and handed off to our carrier, estimated delivery times are:
- Domestic (United States): 3–5 business days
- International: 7–21 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or peak seasons.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use this to monitor your delivery in real time. If you have not received a tracking email within your expected production window, please contact us at info@yelestitches.com.
International Orders
We ship worldwide and are proud to serve Yelé customers across the globe. Please be aware that international orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in your order total at checkout.
