I ordered two of these caps but they never arrived. I made a number of enquiries with the shop but I was never once offered any resolution, instead I was told to 'wait'. I waited 3 months. My last attempt was writing to Etsy, who themselves never even came back to me. The response I got was again from the shop who once again offered NOT to help me and instead passed the buck back to Etsy. So much for customer service. A very bad, unbelievable experience from a shop.
The seller is super responsive and even sent me a discount code because the shipping fees to Canada were really high. I like the wig cap, seems to be really good quality, but it’s a bit too tight even though I provided my head measurement. It gives me a headache sometimes. But since it has an elastic band around it, it should stretch out a bit over time.

I absolutely love these wig caps. They are really protecting and saving my hair under my wigs as my hair grows out (-the regular wig caps in the past were tearing my hair apart).
I will continue to purchase them as long as I need to. 🙂
I am going to say I thought I had spent too much money on these caps I bought the double pack; but it's been almost a month and my one cap is still going strong. It stretched a bit cause I had hand-washed it twice but still going strong. I'd recommend these caps.
I never needed the seller I needed something exactly like this and I found it, now I'm seeing them way cheaper ugh don't mean it's the same quality.

Good quality item, but the band itself is way too tight. I wore it for a few hours and caused to much tension on mommy head causing a headache. I don’t have this issue when wearing regular wig caps.
